Returns & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

- Perishable goods (food items)
- Digital products
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized / custom-made items

Refund Methods
GCash / Maya
1–3 business days
Once your return is approved, we will send the refund directly to your GCash or Maya mobile wallet.
- Provide your registered GCash or Maya number when requesting a return
- Make sure the name on your wallet matches your order name
- You will receive an SMS/in-app notification once the refund is sent
Bank Transfer
3–5 business days
Refunds can be sent via Instapay or PESONet to any bank in the Philippines (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Metrobank, etc.).
- Provide your full account name, account number, and bank name
- Account name must match the name on your order
- Processing takes 3–5 business days depending on your bank
