Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. The minimum order amount for free shipping is displayed at checkout. Promo free-shipping periods are announced on our homepage banner.
We ship via LBC Express, J&T Express, Ninja Van, Flash Express, and GoGo Express depending on your location and the selected delivery option at checkout. You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided after dispatch.
Delivery times vary by courier and destination:
- Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
- Luzon (provincial): 3–5 business days
- Visayas / Mindanao: 5–7 business days
Yes, we ship to all provinces and cities across the Philippines. Island and remote barangay deliveries may take additional time depending on courier coverage.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via email. You can also view tracking updates any time by visiting My Orders and clicking on your order number.
We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered. Airsoft replicas that have been fired or modified are not eligible for return.
Contact our support team within 7 days of receipt via the Contact Us page. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We will guide you through the return process.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Airsoft replicas that have been fired, disassembled, or modified
- BBs, gas canisters, batteries, and consumables (once opened)
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Items damaged due to improper use or storage
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process refunds within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned via the same payment method used during checkout (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer).
Payment & Security
We accept the following payment methods:
- GCash — send to our registered GCash number and upload proof
- Maya (PayMaya) — send to our Maya account and upload proof
- Bank Transfer — BDO, BPI, UnionBank (account details shown at checkout)
- Credit / Debit Card — processed securely via PayMongo
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on select couriers and locations
Yes. Credit and debit card payments are handled by PayMongo, a BSP-licensed payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed over a secure HTTPS connection.
After placing your order, go to My Orders, open your order, and upload a screenshot of your payment confirmation. Our team will verify it within 1–2 business hours during operating hours.
Card payments via PayMongo are confirmed automatically within a few minutes. If your order remains pending after 15 minutes, please contact us with your order number and payment screenshot. We will resolve it promptly.
Product Authenticity
Absolutely. We source directly from authorized distributors and reputable suppliers. Every airsoft replica, upgrade part, and accessory we sell is brand-genuine. We do not sell clones or counterfeit products.
Most brand-new airsoft replicas come with a manufacturer's warranty (typically 30–90 days depending on the brand). Warranty coverage details are listed on each product page. Consumables, BBs, and upgrade parts are generally not covered by warranty.
Airsoft replicas with a muzzle velocity below 1 joule (approximately 328 FPS with a 0.20g BB) are classified as toys under Philippine law and do not require a license. Higher-powered units require proper registration and permits under Republic Act No. 10591. We comply with all applicable regulations and remind customers to follow local laws and field rules at all times.
Orders
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery address, choose a courier and payment method, then confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
Cancellations are accepted while the order is still in Pending status. Once confirmed or processing, cancellation may not be possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number.
- Pending — Order received, awaiting payment confirmation
- Confirmed — Payment verified, order is being prepared
- Processing — Items are being packed
- Shipped — Parcel handed to courier; tracking number available
- Delivered — Parcel received by customer
- Cancelled — Order was cancelled
My Account
Yes, a registered account is required to place orders. This allows us to securely keep your order history, manage delivery tracking, and process returns. Registration is free and takes less than a minute — create an account here.
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.
Log in, go to your Account Settings, and update your address details. Note: changing your address after placing an order will not update the shipping address on that order.
Customer Support
You can reach us via our Contact Us page. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day. For urgent order concerns, include your order number in your message for faster resolution.
Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Philippine Standard Time). Orders placed outside these hours are still accepted and will be processed the next business day.
First, check your My Orders page for real-time status updates. If your order hasn't moved in over 24 hours, use the "Follow Up" button on your order card to send us an alert, or reach out directly via the Contact Us page.
